At Hi Vis Safety, we want to ensure your workwear provides the perfect fit and protection; if you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange your gear within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they remain clean and compliant for resale.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.
